Arcos Gardens Wentworth

Barton Wyatt is delighted to have been involved with DreamFlight for a second consecutive year.  The charity whose purpose is to take seriously ill children on a ‘holiday of a lifetime’ to the theme parks in Florida transported 192 children for an amazing experience this October. 

The original concept was devised in 1986 and although many of the organisers are currently employed by British Airways and the airline gives considerable support to the charity it is purely a staff initiative and therefore independent of the airline and in need of financial help from elsewhere.  Here at Barton Wyatt we are very enthusiastic to help out in ensuring that the children get the experience they deserve and are grateful to one or our previous Tenants who is a group leader for DreamFlight in allowing us to sponsor the t-shirts which were to be worn by the Pooh Bear group.  This year the Pooh Bear group had 16 children who all had a spectacular time especially with the dolphins at Discovery Cove and we are proud to have been a small part of their unforgettable experience.

Home Information Packs
From 1st August there is a legal obligation on sellers of residential properties of 4 bedrooms or more to obtain a (Home Information Pack) HIP before putting their home on the market. Your property will not be able to be legally marketed (which includes paper advertising, photos in the window, the erection of sale boards and BW speaking to potential buyers) until a HIP has been commissioned and certain elements of the HIP have been received by us.
