Both the Daily Telegraph and the Daily Mail have features in the last week about the property market in Virginia Water in Surrey. The Telegraph identified “London’s super suburbs: the most valuable property markets” whilst the Mail cried out “Millionaire’s row spreads out of London as average cost of homes hits £1 million in more than 40 areas”.
Virginia Water is well known locally for its leafy lanes hiding palatial mansions but this recent national press interest could spell good news for vendors in the area as more buyers from London are made aware of the green and pleasant lands of North Surrey.
