The business is run by James and Rupert Wyatt, with the help of a large team of professionals.

Our broad based Estate Agency covers many areas of property, including – Property sales, corporate lettings, property management, a specialist new homes department, land appraisal, acquisition and disposal, planning matters, development advice, buy to-to-let advice, portfolio advice and management, property refurbishment and extensions.

We are an NAEA LICENCED Estate Agent and an ARLA LICENCED letting agent.

Our involvement with the International Associations of NAR, AIPP and FIABCI give us global reach.

Meet the Team

James Wyatt

Director

After Charterhouse, James trained with a large homes counties Estate Agency and a central London Agency, before joining the family business in 1987. His responsibilities within Barton Wyatt include the Lettings and Management department, and the Private Office. James lives locally with his wife and three children. Pastimes include travel, motorsport, and the odd game of golf. He is a Honoured member of the NAEA, a member of ARLA, as well as having International membership of the FIABCI and is a REALTOR®.

Rupert Wyatt

Director

Having started life in the estate agency in 1985, Rupert joined the family firm of Barton Wyatt in 1996, taking the helm with his brother James two years later in 1998. Born and bred in Virginia Water, there isn’t much Rupert won’t be able to tell you about every inch of the area Barton Wyatt cover, and the property therein. Married to Maria, with 3 children, and still residing locally, Rupert is a keen cyclist, jiver, and champion croquet player. Rupert is a member of the national association of estate agents and ARLA.

Stephen Lovelady

Sales Manager

Having spent a decade in the prime central London property market with a leading agency, Stephen joined Barton Wyatt in 2017 as Head of Residential Sales. With his broad experience, and knowledge of what it takes to succeed for his clients, he aims to lead the successful sales team onto even greater things. Outside of the office, Stephen is married to Joanna residing in Ascot, with strong local family ties in the area. Living next to the Great Park, Stephen is a keen cyclist, aiming to complete the London to Paris ride shortly! Stephen is an Associate of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Jane Bedwell

Sales/Lettings

I have worked for Barton Wyatt for a number of years. I started in the 70’s, left in the 80’s to be a full time mum, then re-joined in the 90’s where I spent five years selling the properties in Virginia Park. I then came back into the main office where I am involved with sales and lettings. My main hobby is netball, I currently play in two netball leagues and coach netball to 7-11 yr old children.

Julia Oliver

Accounts Manager

Julia Oliver is the Accounts Manager and deals with all aspects of accounting and finance within Barton Wyatt. She has been with the Partnership since 1996 and lives locally in Virginia Water with her husband and two grown up sons. Julia is a member of The Salvation Army where she is a Sunday School teacher and is also the Club Secretary of S A Stainash Football Club. Other interests include a love of photography, especially wildlife photography, travel, concerts, theatre and gardening.

Lorraine Peach

Lettings/Property Management

Lorraine has worked for Barton Wyatt on and off since 1990 and currently works part time in the busy lettings department where she looks after Tenancy renewals and end of Tenancy deposit returns. Lorraine lives locally with her partner Stuart and her three growing boys. When she is not working and being a busy mum, Lorraine enjoys a long hot bubble bath, a good book and a large glass of red wine!!

Sarah Bayliss

Lettings/Property Management

Sarah has worked within the property industry for the past 13 years. She looks after Property Management and helps run the Private office department. Sarah lives close by with her partner James and her three children.

Natalie Corby Marla

Office Administrator/Sales

Natalie comes from a property back ground, working as a lettings negotiator originally and then moving up to managing a Corporate Lettings department. Prior to working in property Natalie worked in several high end Hotels in customer services and as front office supervisor. Natalie is MARLA qualified, and also holds a BA Hons Hospitality Degree, and has a wealth of knowledge of the local area.

Jane Wyatt

Director

Jane has a B.Ed Hons from Southampton. Her first job with Barton Wyatt was in 1988 when she had the role of a show house sales representative. Undaunted, she married James Wyatt and they have 3 children, living locally. Jane is involved in lettings and advises on the design aspects of the business.

Maria Wyatt

Director

Maria has a wealth of lettings experience having worked for many years in the corporate central London market for several prestigious companies. More lately, Maria worked as a relocation agent in the Home Counties. She is married to Rupert Wyatt and has three children.

Maureen Tomlinson

Sales

I first entered the world of Barton Wyatt in 1998, being interviewed by Hugh, who whisked me off in his Jaguar to view a development in Old Windsor. I have worked in other new-build projects for BW almost constantly since then. I travelled the long road from Scotland to London to become a stewardess with BA and had years of fun and travel and enjoyed the lifestyle. Travelling the world couldn t last for ever and so I decided to get a normal job. I play the frustrating game of golf which gives me equal highs and lows!! I also play tennis and used to be a skier much to my husband’s chagrin as this is his passion. Finally, I drag myself to the gym twice a week.
